Atsuko Nakanishi
Graduated from Kobe College School of Music, Department of Piano. Full-time music instructor at Kobe University Akashi School.
Married to a trading company employee. Lived in Sydney.
After returning to Japan, she taught at Yokohama Women’s Junior College, then spent four years in New York training in early childhood education and music education, and worked at Toyo Eiwa Jogakuin University.
In 1987, she established The Music Center Japan, a Japanese branch of The Music Center, New York.
Currently, she teaches piano from infants to adults, plans and produces concerts, and serves as a judge for competitions.
She is also the chairman of the Ashiya Music Competition Executive Committee.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Music, general teaching licenses for junior high and high school music, teaching licenses for elementary school and university, and a license as a social welfare officer.
